All returns must be requested within 14 days from the purchase date.
To make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details including the order reference number and the reason for the return. Once we have received your email, we will review the issue and begin our returns procedure. Once we receive the product back safely to our department, we will take a look at the condition and issue a refund within 1-3 working days.
Refunds can only be refunded to the original card used when the purchase was made or via Paypal, if relevant. On occasions where the refund was due to an item being faulty or damaged, we will refund the postage charges too. Under Consumer Protection Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of purchasing the goods. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched or received, then use the following procedure as mentioned below:
If you wish to return products brought from us, we will provide a refund or an exchange as long as it is has been full re-sealed and has reached us within 14 days of purchase.
If the product has been returned to us in a damaged condition and cannot be resold, we have the right to refuse a refund or deduct up 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount. We have the right to inspect all of the returned products we receive prior to accepting any refund, part-refund or exchange
Display products are always sold as seen and consequently, may not be able to be returned or exchanged.
Bespoke made to measure products may not be possible for returns unless they are considered to be faulty or have been damaged in transit and have an intention to be returned, in which the customer must notify us within 30 days of purchasing the product. We require returns of the goods to be within 30 days of the refunds being made.
Items free-of-charge which have been purchased/received alongside a special order promotion are only allowed to be refunded if the full order is returned within 30 days of your purchase.
If you would like to arrange for a collection for your returning items, please email email@example.com or give us a call on 0208 647 3296. Make sure to mention your order number, the item number, your reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a replacement.
If an item was delivered damaged, faulty or was delivered in error, we will offer you an exchange or will refund the price. Once we have received it along with the reason for returning, within 30 days of purchasing the products. A delivery charge refund will only be given if it is incorrect, damaged or the product was faulty.
All refunds are processed within 30 days of purchase and will be refunded straight to the account used to make the purchase. This not affect your legal rights.
Items purchased online at www.smithfencing.co.uk can be returned by yourself to our department for a refund or exchange and will be subject to the terms above.
